My First Interview

1. How do feel about being nominated for student of the month? I thought it was cool because I've never been student of the month.
2. What activities in school are you involved in? I'm on the Bowie Lacrosse team.
3. How did you become student of the month? I studied hard, made sure to keep up with my school work, and stayed after school for extra tutoring.
4. What clubs or organizations are you involved in? I'm involved in Art and Science club.
5. What do you do in your free time? I go to lacrosse practices and games and attend the JV games.
6.  What kind of grades to you make? I makes A's and B's.
7. Did anyone help you, if so how? My mom pushed me to work harder in school and keep my grades up.
8. Why do you think you deserve this title? I worked really hard and never gave up. I tried even harder when something went wrong.
9. What accomplishments did you do to win this title? I got straight A's.
10. Why were you interested in becoming student of the month? I thought it sounded fascinating to be something you aren't every other day.
11. What did you get for winning student of the month? I got a trophy and a certificate.
12. Was it hard or easy to earn this title? It was pretty difficult to earn this title because I had to work for it.
13. How will this affect your future? It makes me more determined. In earning this i learned that in order to be someone you can't be lazy.
14. How much time did you have to put in to earn this title? I had to work before school, after school, during, and in my free time.
15. What gave you the determination to help you earn this title? I wanted to continue playing lacrosse.
16. How did your peers influence or help you in getting Student of the Month? They were invested in my grades which pushed me to work harder.
17. How did you discover student of the month? I saw pictures of other students with certificates on the wall.
18. Was all the work you put into earning this title worth it? Yes
19. In what ways did it affect your school work? I did a lot more work then I would usually do.
20. How were you presented with theStudent of the Month title? They announced it during the morning announcements.
